Argo Blockchain PLC said Thursday that Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chairman Peter Wall is stepping down to pursue other opportunities.
The cryptocurrency miner said that it has appointed Chief Operating Officer Seif El-Bakly as interim CEO while it starts the search for a permanent replacement. Mr. Wall has agreed to remain an advisor over the next three months to support the transition, it said.
Argo Blockchain also said that it has appointed Matthew Shaw as chairman.
