It has revealed the first phase of its Land system on the Bitkub Metaverse covering Bitkub City and Mutelulu which will be released for everyone to reserve, totalling 3,082 plots and 101,390 plots of land for cultivation (Farm). It will continue to open new plots until the area is fully matured. Reservations will be made through the land reservation website on May 8, 2023 (For the Whitelist round) and May 9, 2023 (For the Public round), divided into 5 sizes and the prices are as follows:

2. Proof-of-Stake Consensus – Bitkub Chain will transform its consensus system from Proof-of-Stake-Authority to Proof-of-Stake in the third quarter of 2023. This will allow people to use KUB tokens as collateral (Stake) to become a Node Validator. The details are as follows:
Solo Type
- The starting amount of coin is 10 KUB with no minimum coin stake
- It is not possible to be a joint validator under the same pool
- Earns 100% reward and no staking fees
Pool Type
- The starting amount of coin is 100,000 KUB with a minimum coin stake of 100 KUB
- Can be a joint validator under the same pool
- The pool owner can determine the percentage of reward distributing, including stake fees
Official Type
- Uses 1 KUB coin to stake
- Can be a joint validator under the Pool Node owner
- The pool owner can determine the percentage of reward distributing by sharing the reward proportionally (by share), including a 5% stake fee.
The Proof-of-Stake consensus will be decentralised and provide high security while increasing the efficiency of network operation for improved performance.
