Tether applies to wind up Cayman ‘parent’ of Brazil’s Banco Master over ‘$326M debt’

Claiming a debt of US$326 million, the El Salvador-domiciled investment arm of stablecoin operator Tether has applied to wind up Titan Capital Holding, described as the Cayman Islands “parent” of Brazil’s Banco Master, which is being investigated for an alleged US$2 billion-plus fraud after collapsing last year.
