String Metaverse Limited announced that shareholders have approved the issuance of bonus shares to public shareholders to meet Minimum Public Shareholding (MPS) compliance. The special resolution passed with 100% of valid votes in favor during the postal ballot process conducted via CDSL’s e-voting platform from May 6 to June 4, 2026.
