Everlodge (ELDG)
While Dogecoin is bullish, Everlodge has seen the most activity. Everlodge is a new project that aims to disrupt the vacation rental market, estimated to be worth $82.63 billion in 2022.
The project intends to use blockchain technology to allow anybody to invest in these properties in small amounts. Everlodge will mint an NFT of each property and then fractionalize it into smaller pieces. By doing this, anyone can become a co-owner of a multi-million dollar property starting at just $100.
ELDG as crypto token can be used to provide liquidity to the developers in the property launchpad, and users can also stake their balance to get monthly interest for a passive income stream. They can also qualify for giveaways during holidays, property raffles, and other experiences.
