The Gangwon Information and Culture Industry Promotion Agency will train metaverse content developers.
The Korea Development Institute announced on the 17th that it will operate the “Gangwon Metabus Campus” for five weeks at Seoamgwan in Gangwon National University.
This is a curriculum to cultivate professional manpower with metaverse-related skills and content production capabilities. After completion, follow-up support such as start-up and employment consulting will also be linked.
Education consisted of augmented reality (AR) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies using integrated development tools, 3D modeling, 2D metaverse space production, and 3D character implementation and application.
The agency is striving to create an ecosystem of related industries by supporting companies with virtual convergence technology through the Gangwon Metaverse Support Center.
