Andreessen Horowitz’s Marc Andreessen, Coinbase’s CEO Brian Armstrong, Bitcoin Voter Project’s Brian Morgenstern, the White House’s Patrick Witt and Treasury’s Tyler Williams and Luke Pettit all attended the event, which was held in the members’ dining room on the first floor of the Capitol. Former Rep. Patrick McHenry (R-N.C.), who chaired the House Financial Services Committee, was also in the room.
