A cryptocurrency whale bought a large amount of Solana in a short span, on-chain data showed.
On June 20, on-chain analyst EmberCN said the investor purchased 234,900 Solana tokens over the past three hours using 16.555 million USDC.
The average purchase price was $70.5 per token, putting the total value of the buying at about $16.55 million.
Solana also climbed during the accumulation period, rising about 2% over the same three hours, according to EmberCN.
