The sheriff’s office on Friday said it is searching for 46-year-old Locadio Ruiz, also known as “Lucky.”
Deputies were called to a home on Moorman Drive in Jackson on Thursday to contact Ruiz after learning he had cut his tether, but he was not there.
As of Friday morning, Ruiz had still not been found, according to the sheriff’s office.
Ruiz currently has the following warrants for his arrest in the 4th Circuit Court:

Authorities describe Ruiz as about 5-foot-10, 175 lbs., with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a tattoo that says “L.J.” on his right arm and one that says “DOM” on his left arm, according to the sheriff’s office.
Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911 immediately.
