Dogecoin and Bitcoin Cash are among largest cryptocurrencies to decline

On Friday morning trade, the majority of the main cryptocurrencies were down, with Dogecoin DOGEUSD experiencing the highest shift, falling 2.34% to 7 cents.

While Bitcoin BTCUSD dipped 0.68% to $16,731.72, Uniswap UNIUSD fell 1.59% to $5.34. To $74.36 Litecoin LTCUSD fell 0.31%.

Six more currencies reported declines on Friday. Ripple XRPUSD down 1.59% to 34 cents, and Bitcoin Cash BCHUSD fell 2.23% to $99.16.

The lowest falling currency was Ethereum ETHUSD, which fell 0.17% to $1,249.17.

In business-related cryptocurrency news, shares of MicroStrategy Inc. MSTR fell 5.25% to $148.35 while those of Coinbase Global Inc. COIN fell 4.92% to $31.88. Shares of Marathon Digital Holdings Inc. MARA fell 3.32% to $3.78, while shares of Riot Platforms Inc. RIOT fell 5.21% to $4.00.

However, two cryptocurrencies saw price rises, with Polkadot DOTUSD witnessing the biggest increase with a 0.28% boost to $4.64. To 27 cents, Cardano ADAUSD increased by 0.19%.

Block Inc. SQ declined 0.12% to $64.63 while Tesla Inc. TSLA slid 3.99% to $105.94. Overstock.com Inc. OSTK fell 1.23% to $17.73.

Shares of Ebang International Holdings Inc. EBON and PayPal Holdings Inc. PYPL both declined to $3.76 from $74.60 and 2.19%, respectively. Advanced Micro Devices Inc. AMD down 2.19% to $60.42, and NVIDIA Corp. NVDA fell 0.69% to $141.67.

Blockchain-focused Amplify Transformational Data Sharing ETF BLOK dropped 1.04% to $15.18 in the fund industry. The pure-play cryptocurrency companies-focused Bitwise Crypto Industry Innovators ETF BITQ fell 4.63% to $3.50. The price of Bitcoin was tracked by the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust GBTC, which decreased 1.30% to $8.34.
